Where's my Netflix!

I think I just ran into a snag.

Netflix tells me that they've already shipped a disc. I never received it. At least, I don't see it anywhere.

Did I lose it? I've been cleaning up lately. Or was it ever shipped here?

Any of you Netflix users ever run into this problem?

What a bummer. I need to know what happens next on my Battlestar Galactica! Big Grin

    All you need to do is go on the Netflix website into your account and tell them that you never received it. They'll send you another copy right away. I had that happen once - where I lost a disc. They didn't charge me anything for it. Of course, if you did it very often, then that probably wouldn't hold true, but once in a blue moon ...

    No problem. Smile I should have received a new movie yesterday .... but when I got home, I realized I'd forgotten to change my shipping address. Ooops. I am hoping that the netflix movies are one of the things that get forwarded!! (address is changed now.)

    How far are you into Battlestar Galactica? That's where Netflix really shines, in my opinion - no cliffhanger- end- of- season- have- to- wait- 8- months- for- the- next- installment issues.

    Enjoy! You have a lot of good TV ahead of you. I will say no more. I thought it was especially nice that the writer/producer did a lot of podcast commentaries, and did them very fresh, so you get a real feeling for how the episodes were produced.
