I stumbled across an interesting article showing Dave Ramsey's new house.

It's quite palatial! According to the article, it appears that good ole Dave paid it in full with cash. Big Grin

    I could never live in a house that big. But good for him paying for it in cash, which probably isn't an issue considering the profitability of his business. Thanks for sharing!

    Yeah, that house is way too big for my taste as well. Can you imagine the property tax, insurance, and utility bills?

    But it's not my house. Wish I had that kind of money though.

    Qite a house, over 13,000 square feet. I live in 3200 square feet and it is more than enough for the two of us.

    Guess his baby steps really do work. HEE Hee! He was origanlly in real estate years ago when he lost so much. As long as he lives by his word and pays cash for it. Sort looks like a British castle at Ballmora, doeesn' it?

    The garage has nearly twice as much square footage as my entire home! LOL. Some part of me loves thinking about living in a big home, but overall I don't think I'd enjoy it. I'll be moving to England someday, so I don't think I'll ever live in a very big place. And environmentally, that's for the best.
